MEET THE FOUNDER

Bret Dixon is a husband, father of three boys, Marine Corps Infantry Officer, combat veteran, educator, and professional management consultant with deep roots in Central Ohio.

He founded Dixon Operations with a simple belief: great local businesses are worth preserving. His goal is to carry forward the hard work of the owners who built them—taking care of their people, protecting what made the business successful, and thoughtfully building for the next generation.

We understand that selling a business is about more than a transaction. It’s employees, customers, reputation, and often decades of work. Our goal is to provide owners with a thoughtful transition and a responsible home for the business they’ve built.

Whether you're actively considering a sale or simply thinking about what the future could look like, we're always open to a confidential conversation.
